Tunnid toimuvad esmasp\u00e4eviti ja neljap\u00e4eviti algusega kell 19 Muraste koolimaja peegelsaalis.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jooga on iidne \u00f5petus, mille peamine eesm\u00e4rk on v\u00e4hendada eluteel ette tulevaid takistusi ja kurbust ning seel\u00e4bi suurendada inimese p\u00fcsivat \u00f5nnetunnet. Igale tunnile omistan eraldi teema: n\u00e4iteks heasoovlikkus, rahu, r\u00f5\u00f5m, paindlikkus, aktsepteerimine, andeksandmine, v\u00e4e suurendamine, tugevus, valgus, armastus, hirmu v\u00e4hendamine jne, jne.
